Bark reflects our passion for the beauty of the Australian bush. Bark is based on the surface of one Red Stringybark tree (Eucalyptus Macrorhyncha), familiar to designer Chief Rabbit from her daily walks. Its photograph was the basis of a sophisticated image map, which was painstakingly manipulated into a cohesive, functional 3d object. Bark is a homage to the natural beauty all around us, to nature’s resilience, and to the deep history every tree holds in its skin.

Bark comes with a removeable inner sleeve, enabling the use of water for fresh flowers.
