We are an eco-friendly business based in regional Australia, and items are made as they are ordered.
Making and processing times
Wherever possible, we make your item/s on the day of your order (or the first next business day if you have ordered on a weekend or public holiday), and ship within two business days. Shipping times vary from state to state and internationally. You'll receive tracking information from us as soon as your purchase is shipped.
Shipping costs
We offer a flat rate on standard shipping within Australia of $10. An Express Post option is also available, which reduces delivery times (not processing times). We do ship internationally. Rates for international locations are calculated at checkout.
Refund policy
As we make-to-order, we don't as a rule offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds are made where required by law: for example, if an item is faulty.
Please contact us immediately if your purchase is faulty or arrives damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are eligible for a refund, we'll do so within 5 business days.
